In these days scientist found you new things. Weather and climate data help us predict what our world will look like in the future; anyways location data can help us plan better driving routes. But there’s one problem standing in the way of making full use of this data privacy. Many people talk at idea of handling over their data to researchers. But scientists can’t uncover hidden patterns or make important discoveries without unfettered access to it.
To solve same problem researchers at MIT have developed, researched an algorithm that can turn real data into fake data that’s just best. This algorithm is also known as SDV Synthetic Data Vault uses for machine learning to examine real databases. Filled with all private information and then constructs other databases. 70 percent success rate is not nearly high enough for real science but it is enough for many other applications. Artificial data can be used to test predictive models, stress test data systems, or train students.
An algorithm proves the success rate should as well. At some point in the future using fake data to do real science became true possibility.
